FTSE Blossom Japan Index

We have been selected as a constituent of the FTSE Blossom Japan Index (as of June 2025).
The Index, developed by FTSE Russell—a global index provider—is designed to measure the performance of companies demonstrating strong Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices. As of June 2025, approximately 405 Japanese companies with high ESG scores have been selected for inclusion.
FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index

We have been selected as a constituent of the FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index (as of June 2025).
The Index reflects the performance of Japanese companies that demonstrate relatively strong Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices within each sector and is designed to be sector-neutral.
To promote the transition to a low-carbon economy, companies with high greenhouse gas emissions are included only if they are recognized for their improvement efforts based on the Transition Pathway Initiative (TPI) Management Quality Score.

MSCI Nihonkabu ESG Select Leaders Index

We have been selected as a constituent of the MSCI Nihonkabu ESG Select Leaders Index (as of June 2025).
The Index, developed by Morgan Stanley Capital International, Inc. (MSCI, USA), has been adopted by the Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF) since 2017.It is constructed by selecting companies that excel in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) evaluations.
From the constituents of the parent index, the MSCI Japan IMI Index, companies with relatively high ESG ratings within each industry sector are selected.
S&P/JPX Carbon Efficient Index

We have been selected as a constituent of the S&P/JPX Carbon Efficient Index (as of June 2025).
The index, jointly developed by the Japan Exchange Group and S&P Dow Jones Indices, is an environmental equity index that has been adopted by the Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF) since 2018. It targets companies included in the TOPIX and determines their weights based on the status of environmental information disclosure and the level of carbon efficiency (carbon emissions per unit of revenue).
Morningstar Japan ex-REIT Gender Diversity Tilt Index (excluding REIT)
We have been selected as a constituent of the Morningstar Japan Equity Gender Diversity Tilt Index (excluding REIT) (as of June 2025).
The index, developed by Morningstar, Inc. (USA), is a gender diversity index that has been adopted by the Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF) since 2023.
It utilizes gender equality evaluation data provided by Equileap B.V. (Netherlands) and is composed of companies where gender diversity policies are embedded in corporate culture and that offer equal opportunities to employees regardless of gender.
SOMPO Sustainability Index

We have been selected for the fourth consecutive year as a constituent of the SOMPO Sustainability Index, managed by Sompo Asset Management Co., Ltd. (as of June 2025).
The index is reviewed annually based on the Environmental (E) evaluation from the “Environmental Management Survey (Buna-no-Mori Environmental Questionnaire)” and the Social (S) and Governance (G) evaluations from the “ESG Management Survey” both conducted by Sompo Risk Management Inc. It is composed of approximately 300 companies that achieve a standard score or higher.
EcoVadis

We have received a “Bronze Rating” in the 2025 sustainability assessment conducted by EcoVadis.
EcoVadis evaluates the sustainability of more than 150,000 companies across 185 countries worldwide in four areas: Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement.
A Bronze Rating is awarded to companies that rank within the top 35% of all assessed organizations.The SHI Group earned this rating with a score that placed it in the top 28%.
CDP

CDP is an international NGO that collects and analyzes information on corporate and urban environmental initiatives and discloses the results. It conducts the world’s largest environment-related survey.Each year, CDP assigns ratings on an eight-grade scale — A, A-, B, B-, C, C-, D, D- — based on companies’ responses.
Today, in collaboration with more than 640 investors managing approximately USD 130 trillion in assets, CDP motivates companies to identify their environmental impacts, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, conserve water resources, and protect forests. In 2024, more than 24,800 companies, representing two-thirds of global market capitalization, disclosed their data through CDP.

"Platinum Kurumin" certification mark from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare

We received the “Platinum Kurumin” certification from the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare in October 2020.
Kurumin is a certification program administered by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children, which accredits companies that are committed to supporting employees in balancing work and childcare.
Among the companies that have received the Kurumin certification, those that have implemented even higher-level initiatives to support work-life balance are awarded the “Platinum Kurumin” certification.
Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization

We were certified as one of the “Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization 2025 (Large Enterprise Category),” jointly selected by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi in March 2025.
The Certified Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations Recognition Program honors enterprises that demonstrate exceptional health management practices based on their own initiatives to address community health challenges and on health promotion efforts led by the Nippon Kenko Kaigi.
"Gold" in PRIDE Index

We received the highest rating, “Gold”, in the PRIDE Index 2024, which evaluates corporate initiatives for LGBTQ+ inclusion in the workplace.
The PRIDE Index is Japan’s first framework for assessing workplace initiatives that support LGBTQ+ and other sexual minorities. It was formulated in 2016 by the “work with Pride Association” to promote the creation of LGBTQ+-friendly workplaces in Japan, transcending the boundaries of companies, organizations, and other entities.
DX-Certification

We were certified as a DX-certified operator in June 2025 under the Digital Transformation (DX) Certification Program established by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI).
Under this program, the government certifies companies that meet the basic requirements of the Digital Governance Code, based on the “Act on Facilitation of Information Processing”.
NIKKEI Sustainable Management Survey, SDGs Edition

We received a 3.5-star rating in the NIKKEI Sustainable Management Survey, SDGs Edition (2024), conducted by Nikkei Inc.
This survey evaluates companies on a five-star scale based on how effectively they incorporate the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into their management strategies, and how they contribute to solving social, economic, and environmental challenges through their business activities to enhance corporate value.
The evaluation covers four key areas: "SDGs strategy / economic value", "social value", "environmental value" and "governance", and is conducted through a comprehensive assessment of questionnaire responses.
NIKKEI Sustainable Management Survey, Smart Work Edition

We received a 3-star rating in the NIKKEI Sustainable Management Survey, Smart Work Edition (2024), conducted by Nikkei Inc.
This survey evaluates companies practicing "Smart Work Management" as organizations with well-developed human capital, using a five-star rating system.
"Smart Work Management" is a strategic approach aimed at maximizing corporate value by enhancing employee well-being, fully utilizing human resources, and accelerating investment in talent. This leads to the creation of new innovations and improvements in productivity.
The evaluation covers three key areas: " Human Resource Utilization Capability", " Human Resource Investment Capability" and " Technology Utilization Capability", and is conducted through a comprehensive assessment of questionnaire responses.
Toyo Keizai CSR Ranking
We have been ranked 127th overall in the CSR Company Ranking 2025 Edition (19th Edition) organized by Toyo Keizai Inc.
This annual ranking, launched in 2005, aims to identify “trusted companies” by evaluating both Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and financial performance.
Companies are assessed across four categories: "Human Resources Utilization", "Environment", "Governance + Sociality" and "Finance", with a total score of 600 points.
In the 2025 edition, 1,715 companies were evaluated.
