Shin Nippon Machinery Opens a Sales Base for Steam Turbines and Process Pumps in the United Arab Emirates

Shin Nippon Machinery Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Hirotaka Sakoda; wholly owned by Sumitomo Heavy Industries, Ltd.; hereinafter “SNM”) announces that it has established a local subsidiary at Dubai Airport Freezone (DAFZA) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, as a joint undertaking with Yes Yem Yech Industrial Services Co. Ltd.; Head Office: Jubail, Saudi Arabia; Representative: Mohammed Shafeeq [Managing Director]; hereinafter SMH), a partner in SNM’s after-sales service alliance, that will begin sales operations this month.
In accordance with the SHI Group's corporate mission of "becoming a manufacturer and provider of first-class products and services to the world," SNM will continue to develop overseas bases so that we may provide after-sales services that ensure our customers’ safety as well as timely follow-up services to new customers in local markets.
