(SHI) (Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, President: Shinji Shimomura), was a prizewinner in the electric and electronic parts category of the “2022 “CHO” monodzukuri Nippon Grand Parts Award” recently held by Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun, Ltd.
In an effort to raise competitiveness of Japanese manufacturing, these awards are given to parts or materials that contribute behind the scenes to the development of industry and society. smartris was developed by combining gear reducer technology that we have developed over many years with servo control technology from Lafert Group in Italy, having become a member of SHI group since 2018. we believe this award is because the fusion of our global technologies was highly esteemed.
