This Committee is chaired by the President and is composed of Vice Presidents in charge of the Head Office, Heads of the Segments, and the General Manager of the Sustainability Department of the Corporate Planning Group.
In addition, Standing Corporate Auditors also attend the meeting as observers from the standpoint of auditing business execution.
This Committee deliberates on policies, material issues, and initiatives related to the promotion of sustainability, and reports its findings to the Board of Directors.

Deliver Information

Intranet Portal Site, "SHI TIMES"

To facilitate smooth information sharing within our group, we operate a shared internal portal site called “SHI TIMES.”
This platform features content such as messages from the President, employee interviews, and group-wide news, as well as information on our purpose and sustainability initiatives. It also provides resources that support internal communication, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen group-wide and global collaboration.
As a foundation for sharing our group’s values and initiatives, its use is steadily expanding across the organization.

Group Magazine, "Quartet" (4 issues per year)
As a communication medium that conveys both the present and future of our group, we publish the group magazine “Quartet” four times a year.
Through a wide range of content—including free-form messages from the President, the latest news related to our group, articles on our purpose, compliance, safety and health, and the environment, as well as special features and updates on sustainability—we share the values and initiatives of our entire group.
