Magnetic Separators

We produce two types of magnetic separators to remove unexpected metal pieces in the conveyer line. By adopting the natural air cooling method instead of adopting oil-cooling, our products does not cause any environmental pollution due to oil leakage, thus our products are environmentally friendly.

Belt-Type Magnetic Separators

Belt-type magnetic separators is suitable for those conveyer line where a larger amounts of metal pieces are contained. The rotating belt of the belt-type magnetic separators automatically removes the metal pieces to the side of the conveyer line.

Hanging Magnets

Hanging type magnets is suitable for removing larger metal pieces. Those metal pieces caught by the magnetic separators are conveyed by trolley and through away to the bin.
