Complete synchronization is achieved ahead of the competition through the use of a proprietary controller. The product is optimally suited for roll to roll processes involving film coaters, photogravure printing presses, dry laminators and metal processors. The System MX is a series of products created from a new concept that integrates the CPU for control of the vector inverter's speed, and current, and the multi-shaft controller CPU of the system controller, into a single main control unit (MCU).

The System MX is a series of products created from a new concept that integrates the CPU for control of the vector inverter's speed, and current, and the multi-shaft controller CPU of the system controller, into a single main control unit (MCU).

Completely synchronized multi-processing

The MCU incorporates up to nine high-speed RISC-type CPUs, which are integrated to perform centralized processing of control calculations for the vectors of individual shafts, as well as calculations for line system controls, starting from unwinding to winding, through completely synchronized operations. The product demonstrates a performance that surpasses anything previously. Furthermore, , a maximum inter-MCU option of up to 63 shafts is available for synchronized control operations . It is possible to expand the system to perform synchronized operations up to 228 shafts. (Please inquire for details).

High-speed inter-shaft communication

Control data communication between shafts, which is essential for multi-processing, is achieved entirely through high-speed communications between memory. Time wasting for communication, due to networks in the past has been completely eliminated. This has resulted in the securing of a performance that is up to 20 times that of our AP5100 series of products. This power is demonstrated with ordinary line control applications, as well as high-speed and sophisticated synchronized control applications.

CC-Link supported and DeviceNet supported

CC-Link and DeviceNet, which are widely used in the factory automation field, can be connected in a single action. Furthermore, an intelligent station specification, which is available for message communications with PLC in CC-Link, is also fully supported (an industry first).

PC/104bus compliant interface

This product is equipped with the PC/104bus compliant connector, which is a personal computer bus used in the industry, to cater to a diverse range of system configurations of our customers. Consult us, as numerous PC/104 boards available on the market can be used.

High density mounting is possible, due to the adoption of a bookshelf structure. The depth of the control panel, which hadbeen wasted in the past, is now being used effectively.

The remote option makes it possible to perform the same controls using the "System MX System Tool" as when you are on site or somewhere remote. Operation and monitoring of the system can be performed remotely, just as if the operator was on site. Preventive maintenance, failure diagnostics and remote maintenance can all be performed remotely, which not only contributes to improvements to the system operation rates, but also offers opportunities for using this to add a higher quality to the production work environment by such means as operational support
