Recently, we have received several reports that "spoof e-mails" using the name of our company and of our company president have been circulating.

These e-mails use the name of our company and of our company president, and are sent from misleading e-mail addresses ending with "@sumitomos.com" and "@gmail.com", etc., and they contain details intended to elicit a reply to the sender, but they have absolutely no connection whatsoever to our company.

If you receive a suspicious e-mail like this, we urge that you take care.
