A new factory with a site area of 11,000 m² was completed in Futtsu City, Chiba Prefecture. It supported assembly of a 50-meter-long laminator system.

Launched Smart Flipper: Automatic thickness control T-die for cast machines

Launched the Smart Flipper, an innovative pneumatically controlled automatic thickness control T-die based on proprietary technology, developed not only for conventional extrusion laminators (launched in 1995) but also for cast applications. It significantly contributed to automation and labor savings.
