History of Shipbuilding Business

Uraga, where our first shipyard was founded in, and Oppama, where current shipyard is located, are in Yokosuka City in front of Tokyo Bay.
We continue to provide Sumitomo's original solutions to our customer all over the world from the metropolitan area in Japan.

Aframax Tanker "M/V Alfa Finlandia" delivered The vessel is equipped with SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) NOx Removal System that complies with IMO NOx regulations Tier 3. We continue to build the Aframax Tanker which is complied with exhaust gas regulations and for optimizing fuel consumption.
