FPX series achieves high accuracy and productivity. This forging press adopts 2 points and long guided slide made of cast steel.

Press frame : At the structure, its crown and bed are made of cast steel and steel plate, where higher load is applied. Divided frames are fixed with strong heavy-duty tie rods by heat-shrinkage. In this way, compressive stress is applied to the press frame. Surface of slide guide is machined precisely with supersized NC plano miller after shrinkage fit with heavy-duty tie rods.

Slide : 2 points type of con-rod and a long guided slide made of cast steel are adopted against a large offset load. To minimize gap at slide guide, X-type of guide structure is adopted. The structure compensates heat deformation of the slide guide.

Drive mechanism : Due to mechanism of suspended the flywheel at the main sleeve, load against the eccentric shaft and the main bush is reduced. Risk of heat generation is also prevented.
Shut height adjustment : shut height adjustment is carried out by changing position of the eccentric wrist pin (Our Utility Model). The wrist pin is moved by hydraulic motor driven screw. The adjustment is able to be controlled at remote location. Amount of adjustment can be shown at digital counter located at the control panel.

Clutch and brake : For improving maintainability, block type of lining is adopted for both clutch and brake.
