SHI Control Systems, Ltd. (SCS) develops and commercializes
drivers for linear motors used in applications
such as ultra-high precision positioning for the semiconductor
and liquid crystal manufacturing industries.
SCS is currently focusing on the development of even
more accurate, greater-thrust drivers required by these
industries. In the meantime, SCS is expanding the scope
of applications of linear motors by introducing our technology
fostered through the development of these drivers
to conventional products.
