Gear-Head for Servo Motor: New-IB Series
Masayuki ISHIZUKA

A backlash in a driver often causes a problem in the application of positioning exactly at a desired position that an object such as a robot arm repeats normal and reverse movement. Our company markets the reduction gears for precise controlling, called MC (Motion Control) Drive, to eliminate the backlash problem.
Three product groups of MC Drive to meet various customer requirements are: F (fine) series|fine CycloR reduction gears with a backlash less than 1 arcmin LB (low backlash) series|CycloR reduction gears for servo motors with a backlash less than 6 arcmin, and
IB (intermediate backlash) series|IB planetary reduction gears with a backlash between 3 and 10 arcmin.
We have adopted the small backlash setting mechanism for the IB series, and have introduced to the market the New-IB series of enhanced performances and transfer capacities.
