Air Pollution Control Plants

Air Pollution Prevention Facilities
In addition to the installation of dust collection technologies created in the United States in 1956, technologies for transporting clinkers and ash produced at thermal power plants have been added to realize a practical implementation of an activated charcoal-type dry exhaust gas treatment system. We are playing a leading role as a pioneering business in the field of air pollution control in Japan.

Activated Charcoal-type Dry Exhaust Gas Treatment System
Activated Charcoal-type Dry Exhaust Gas Treatment System
Toxic components, such as sulfur oxides, nitric oxides, dioxins, and heavy metals are all removed simultaneously through this highly efficient moving-bed-type dry exhaust gas treatment system, a proprietary development. This system uses carbon absorbents, such as active charcoals, releasing the remainder through a chimney as extremely clean gas. Furthermore, white smoke is prevented since no water is used and thus the temperature of the gas is not lowered, requiring no reheating of exhaust gas. These features are used to deliver these systems for use with power generating boilers and steel sintering facilities.

Ash Treatment System
Ash Treatment System
We offer total engineering treatment systems with fully implemented environmental conservation strategies, covering locations where ash from the combustion of coal and heavy oil is generated to the shipping of treated ash for removal. This is done in accordance with the locations of the respective power plants in an efficient, safe, and easily maintained manner. Furthermore, we continue with our efforts towards more effective reuse of ash and further developments in order to secure the latest technologies required by power plants.

Electrostatics Precipitator
Electrostatics Precipitator
The electrostatics precipitator efficiently collects the dust emitted from thermal power plants, steel mills, and cement factories. Since the delivery of the first unit in 1958, we have delivered over 400 units to satisfied customers, creating immeasurable trust in many fields of the industry. We are, furthermore, striving with all possible efforts to offer improved performance, energy efficiency, and miniaturization to adequately satisfy the needs of our customers.
